From Torino... on my chocolate tour!!!
Always working.
I had promised Fred to go to Bicerin and have a Bicerin...
There are several ways to serve it, they say that the larger glass ( bicerin means small glass, bicchierino in Italian) is their signature drink.
Often served in smaller glasses.
Of course the recipe is a secret, but it is hot lightly sweetened coffee, with Italian hot chocolate poured in on top, the topped with lightly whipped cream ( as for irish coffee).
Enjoy!

Hi everyone!!!! I am back from the Chocoalte Show and whewey...what an experience! The whole idea of Tuscan style truffles has created a great expereince for me. There are always Belgian and french but everyone wanted to know about Tuscan style. It reminds me of how the Pharma companies I worked with would invent diseases for their drugs (i.e, ED) Bob created art for a wonderful poster that took up the whole back space of our booth and it was as though we were looking out our kitchen window at the Tuscan landscape. We used pottery and richly colored tableclothes to create a warm look. I offered a balsamic truffles, gianduja, and olive oil and sea salt in addition to my Cielo truffles and 70% chocolate bars with flavors like the ones we saw in DeBondt's shop. Everything has been so well received. Thanks Judy, Pam and the wonderful chocolatiers we visited for this inspiration. It has completely changed my life! I have calls from eveywhere to offer my chocolates. There is a lot of potential business for me. The chocolates were on the Today show and I had a great interview with Phil Lembert on his radio show. And best of all- DMC (Run DMC) came to my booth and I got my picture taken with him.
Congrats!!!
Send foto's and I will put them online!
What a great team you and your husband are!!!
Sounds like the Tuscan Tour was at the right time, and you made the most of it!
